The 2GR Cortina is a 120cm double breeding cage built for small cage and aviary birds. A solid centre divider splits it into two 60cm compartments, so you can run a pair either side through the breeding season, or a hen one side and a cock the other. Take the divider out and it opens into one 120cm flight for stock birds or young ones off the nest.

White wire body on white plastic sides and back panels. The solid back and sides cut draughts and stop seed husk blowing into the next cage along, which matters in a fully fitted bird room. Two pull out drawers make cleaning quick, and it arrives complete with the doors, feeders, drinkers and perches to set up straight away.

Assembled cages stack directly on top of one another, so you can build a run of breeding cages in a single footprint. Out of season the cage collapses flat for storage. Join two or more side by side with the aviary system to run them as one long flight.

Suits canaries, finches, budgies and other small cage birds. For open cup nesters like canaries and British finches, pair it with a nest pan and pad. For hole nesters like budgies, add a nest box rather than a pan.
